Proof of insurance

Insurance voucher, also known as "small policy". Refers to the supporting documents for the establishment of the insurance contract, that is, the simplified insurance policy. The terms of the insurance contract are not usually listed on the certificate of insurance and are equally effective with the insurance policy. When the terms are included in the certificate of insurance, if the contents of the official policy conflict with it, the certificate of insurance shall prevail. The certificate of insurance is usually used as proof of insurance for each shipment of goods when carrying out cargo transport insurance according to an appointment insurance contract, proof of the participation of a group member in group insurance, or proof that the insured has taken compulsory auto insurance and third party liability insurance.

Use

Use in the following situations:

(1) Under a group insurance item, a separate voucher is required for each person participating in the insurance;

(2) Under the condition that the cargo transport insurance has an appointment contract, it is necessary to issue a separate voucher for each shipment;

(3) For motor vehicle third-generation liability insurance, the general implementation of compulsory insurance. In order to facilitate the insured to carry with him for inspection by the relevant departments, the insurer usually issues an insurance certificate.

Proof of insurance

The policy is the policyholder's written offer. The policy of insurance, which is delivered to the insurer by the applicant on the basis of the fact, becomes the written offer of the policyholder to enter into an insurance contract with the insurer.

The "policy" for short is a kind of formal written insurance contract between the policyholder and the insurer listed in the Insurance Law. It is issued by the insurer to the insured, a complete record of the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract, the insured in the event of loss due to the insurance accident of the insurance subject to the insurer of the basis for claims and certificates.

The certificate of insurance is another form of document issued by the insurer to the policyholder to prove that the insurance contract has been in force, and it is a simplified insurance.
